We make every paleta, every cup of agua fresca, and every scoop of nieve by hand — the way abuela used to do it in Michoacán. No artificial stuff. Just honest flavor that hits different on a warm Georgia day.
La Taraska started the way a lot of good things do — in a kitchen, with a pot of fruit, and a recipe that nobody wanted to let go of. Our family has been making paletas and aguas frescas the old way for generations, and we brought that same spirit all the way to Peachtree Corners.
We don't cut corners. Every batch is mixed by hand, poured fresh, and frozen the same day. If a flavor uses real fruit, it's because real fruit goes in the blender — no powders, no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients.
When you walk in here, you're not just grabbing a snack. You're getting a taste of something that's been passed down, improved over time, and made with actual care. That's the Michoacán way — and that's what we do every single day.
